Laid in one long strip, some 260m 2 of copper roofing from Norman & Underwood is contributing to BBC Leicester's landmark building, which will be home to BBC Radio Leicester and BBC Asian Network. The company also installed the frameless glass used on the building's exterior, to give a modern look to the state-of-the-art facility. Inside, glazing work includes two bridges, which provide walkways linking floor areas either side of the building atrium.
