Astragal is an unashamed fan of Borat, the Kazakh TV presenter invented by comedian Sacha Baron Cohen. The headline: 'Kazakh PM Satisfied with Construction Speed of the Palace of Peace and Consent' is followed by a line that would make Baron Cohen proud, on the scheme's commitment to opening 'in the first decade in September'.
