On changing bulbs - and RIBA presidents

I'd always thought that the answer to 'how many architects etc. . .' was 'three' (AJ 25.1.00).

One to specify it and two to go to Italy to collect it. Mind you, one could ask, how many 'architects' does it take to make a president?- Astragal might, of course, ask - 'Does it have to be an architect?'

No doubt the membership will provide us with an answer.
