Derek Lovejoy Partnership has been appointed masterplanner and landscape architect for a quintessential English country village, with Elizabethan manor, in Japan. The theme park will be sited 800 metres above sea level on top of Rokko Mountain behind Kobe. The 10 hectare scheme will also include a 'Thomas Hardy-style village' of themed restaurants, shops and cafes.
