Okay, I know Future Systems is the latest thing (it seems to have been the latest thing for some time) in the capital. But everything has its price, and I notice that your building study last week, although giving the overall cost of the job, did not include the usual (extremely useful) cost breakdown of this project. If prefabrication is so brilliant, why can't we be told how much the client saved by having a building designed and erected this way? Or perhaps it didn't save anything?
The (private) client declined to provide enough cost details to allow the usual analysis - Ed.
