Nobel Associates has won a £17.5 million scheme for Kingston College, Surrey. The project is a mix of student accommodation, apartments and educational facilities in a town-centre campus next to the Thames. Four storeys of student accommodation, comprising 56 study-bedrooms, will be built above an existing three-storey engineering block. An eight-storey building will house 85 private homes. Construction takes place as part of a PFI deal between Kingston College and developer Mount Anvil. Work starts this month for completion in autumn 2003.
