New logo could force me to leave the RIBA. . .

LETTERS

It is that time of year again. At first I thought it was a sad piece of humour on your part - then I realised that the article on the RIBA's logo was serious. They can't be, can they?

Is there anyone else out there who thinks it is crap? I don't want to be associated with this piece of so-called 'design'. If it is adopted, I will seriously consider resigning my membership as my clients will just fall about in disbelief. When I compare it with the old, outdated logo, the old adage 'if it ain't bust, don't fix it' comes to mind.

Finally, is there any relevance in 'RIBA's logo' being an anagram of 'Blair's goo'?
