Lord Foster's Millennium Bridge has been the subject of a vociferous campaign by London's Evening Standard which wants the wobble kept for the delight of intrepid Londoners.
This fatuous idea reached its apotheosis last week when the paper had to apologise for attributing the design of the bridge not to Foster, not to Arup, not to Caro - but to Lord Rogers. Lucky designers don't get things quite as wrong. . .
