Michael Squire and Partners has won planning consent for a £60 million office and flats scheme on Buckingham Palace Road, near Victoria Station, London. The 1970s Belgrave House will be demolished for a new sevenstorey 35,000m 2office block in Portland stone with glass bays and limestone-clad columns. The adjacent century-old Grade II-listed Chantry House will be refurbished to provide 36 new flats, two roof-top penthouses and ground-floor shops.
