Mary Duggan
Co-founder of now 50-strong Duggan Morris. Mary was nominated for the AJ Women of the Year Award in 2013.
Duggan Morris

Jack Pringle
Managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Perkins+Will. Jack is a hardened MIPIM veteran of 20 years.

Tamsyn Curley
Founding director of recruitment company Place Careers, Tamsyn is in her element at MIPIM; it’s her fifth consecutive year. She’ll be found making the most of a very busy week, meeting, networking and partying with clients, developers and architects.

Pete Jennings
Director at Piercy&Company and MIPIM-sceptic. It is Pete’s first trip to MIPIM - but his brother had his stag do in Biarritz and he fears it might be similar.
Piercy & Company

Jo Negrini
Executive director (Place) at London Borough of Croydon. Originally from Australia, she has been a regeneration practitioner in the UK for 28 years. Jo oversees everything from the large (new towers and shopping centres) to the small (bins and cobble stones).
Croydon Council

Chris Hiatt
Director at developer Landid Property. After more than 20 years of attending MIPIM as an agent, he will be experiencing his first show from the other side. Chris is a RICS fellow and a sustainability fiend - watch this space for his take on whether or not the client really is king in Cannes.

Charlie Green
Co-founder of The Office Group (TOG). Charlie is heading for a relentless three days of meetings with the ambition of leaving Cannes with the elusive holy grail of an actual deal.
The Office Group

Phil Coffey
Director of Coffey Architects. Phil can’t wait for MIPIM 2016…mostly because he is flying and not cycling for the first time in four years. He is looking forward to the New Architects 3 launch party, AR Future Projects, Roger Zogolovitch’s seafood extravaganza, lunch with David Partridge (Argent) and of course Tom Bloxham’s legendary party in the hills…and a few meetings in between.
Coffey Architects

Jacob Loftus
Head of UK Investment at Resolution Property. Creative real estate developer, urban explorer and architecture enthusiast. Jacob is keen to meet as many people as he can.
Resolution Property

Leanne Tritton
The managing director of communications agency ING. A MIPIM veteran, this is the first time that she will be on the ‘inside’ of the story as ING is now handling all of the press for MIPIM organisers Reed Midem.

Karen Cook
A founding partner of PLP Architecture. Since her studies and formative years in architectural practice in the US, Karen has lived and worked in London. She currently leads the design team of 22 Bishopsgate skyscraper for Lipton Rogers and AXA IM Real Assets.
PLP Architecture

Liz Wilks
Head of the residential team at John Robertson Architects. Recently installed as a Freeman of the City of London, Liz is heading to MIPIM for the first time.

David Walker
David is an associate director at Bennetts Associates. A MIPIM first-timer. This doesn’t mean he directs the associates – it ironically means he is neither an associate nor a director. Too old to be an associate, too new to be a director. He will relay his experiences with a series of Site Visit Reports (SVRs) and hopes they will be insightful and informative to non-MIPIM-attendees (NOMIPIMEEs).
Bennetts Associates

Kaye Stout
Kaye is a partner in charge of the design delivery workshop at Pollard Thomas Edwards. She will looking forward to catching up with her clients in a relaxed environment and keeping her ear to the ground for fresh opportunities with new contacts.
Pollard Thomas Edwards

Sam Jacob
Sam is principal of Sam Jacob Studio (SJS) and is in good shape for the endurance test that is Mipim having just survived the martini soaked midterms at Yale University. He’ll be joined by Eddie Blake also of SJS for a dual pronged attack on the canapés and refreshments, while keeping an eye on the ever evolving ecosystem of money, power and politics that MIPIM lays bare.
