This year's British Council for Offices annual one-day conference on 24 February in Westminster, supported by the aj, will examine policies and achievements in relation to developing on previously used sites. Speakers include detr minister Nick Raynsford, Sir Peter Hall, John O'Brien of Railtrack, Wendy Thompson of the Audit Commission and bg property dvision chief Phil Kirby.
