Maccreanor Lavington and Caseyfierro Architects unveil Aberfeldy masterplan

[FIRST LOOK + PLANS + PROJECT DATA] Maccreanor Lavington and Caseyfierro Architects have revealed their masterplan for the £78 million redevelopment of the Aberfeldy estate in east London

The project for housing association Poplar HARCA rebuilds 290 homes, creating 1,152 new dwellings on the 9 hectare site.

Designs feature fourteen new blocks between 2 and 25 storeys-high, providing 5,275m2 of space in total.

The scheme’s outline planning application is lodged with Tower Hamlets Council.
