Bristol International Airport's new terminal has been enhanced thanks to the specification of Luxalon Ceiling Systems' range of internal and external ceiling panels. The project, designed by YRM, has a strong visual presence with a roof structure resembling an upturned umbrella. The design has been further enhanced with Luxalon's 300A aluminium panel and carrier system. Internally, more than 8000m 2of 300A panels were specified. They incorporate a micro-perforation and non-woven acoustic tissue to aid sound absorption. Panels can be simply demounted when maintenance or other servicing is needed.
