The Clients' Advisory Service's (cas) Task Force Report to last week's riba Council provides a starting point for the much wider and comprehensive review of cas that is planned over the coming six months.
As a first step, this review will formally ask registered practices, client organisations and other interested parties across the uk for their opinions and ideas about cas and the service it offers.
Having collected this information, conclusions and recommendations for the future of cas will be developed for presentation to riba Council in May. If you would like to contribute to the first stage of this review, please write to me by Friday 18 February at the latest. I look forward to hearing your comments.
