LDF 2010: Anti Design Festival

  • Comment

Curated by infamous graphic designer, Neville Brody, the Anti Design Festival is this year’s bad boy on the design scene

Though the ADF is an officially sanctioned London Design Festival event, it’s being touted as a subversive response to the ‘petty commerciality’ of the LDF, which is a little bit ironic given that this year’s LDF doesn’t feel very commercial.

Despite the rebellious slant of its publicity machine, ADF is still an unmissable event. With a programme of events ranging from the Microplex, a cinema for five people only, to a performance installation resulting from a collaboration between artists, Charlesworth, Lewandowski & Mann and a team from BBC Research and Development.

Look out for other events curated by Stefan Sagmeister, Adrian Shaughnessy, and Neville Brody himself.
