  • Comment

Kohn Pedersen Fox has unveiled a new two-phase masterplan for Prague in the Czech Republic (above). The practice is developing the first of seven buildings on a 6ha site within a disused railway yard parallel to the Vltava river. It comprises two 20,000m2 speculative office buildings and a 200-room hotel. The offices are due for completion in late 2002.
