French architect Jean-Philippe Zoppini has produced plans for the world's largest floating structure.

Designed for shipbuilder Chantiers de l'Atlantique, it could cost up to £2 billion and would have its own lagoon and beaches, yacht and ferry harbour, flats, railway, shops, bars and casino.At 402m x 302m, it could hold up to 10,000 passengers.
