The Multi-Comfort House concept builds on the principles of Passive House
Isover will also be promoting its industry-leading Multi-Comfort House concept. The Multi-Comfort House concept builds on the principles of Passive House. It delivers the very highest thermal comfort, minimises energy use and reduces CO₂ emissions in the same way as a Passive House design but also considers occupants’ increased wellbeing by taking into account additional acoustic and safety features.
At Ecobuild 2011, Isover will showcase shortlisted entries for the UK final of its international 2011 Isover Multi-Comfort House competition. Architectural students from all over the world are competing to design a tower for the Greenwich South district of Lower Manhattan, New York and shortlisted UK entries will be on display throughout Ecobuild at the Passive House Pavilion. A line up of leading industry experts will also be present on day two to judge entries and name the UK competition winner.
