Designed by Simon Conder Associates, this is the quintessential wc/shower of the late twentieth century. No longer tucked away in some dark hole in the basement or at the end of the garden, it has been given pride of place at the heart of the living area where it is the focus of attention, using sophisticated materials and the latest technology.

The wc/shower drum is on the top floor of a private house, in Primrose Hill, London. The enclosing glass was sandblasted on the outside and coated on the interior with Clear Shield to prevent marking. The cistern is located remotely at high level in a storage wall and activated by push-button electronic flushing valve with a 24-volt transformer.
