Acoustic flooring from InstaCoustic is ensuring that the sound insulation levels of Victorian properties in Pimlico, south-west London, meet building regulations. The houses are owned by Threshold Tenants Association, and as part of a refurbishment, fl ats were fitted with H203 flooring, made up of three layers of decoupling fibre, sound barrier pads and an 18mm-thick overlay board before the floor finish was laid.
