EDUCATION CHIEF: aj columnist Paul Hyett could become riba chairman of education - if council approves the idea at its meeting next week. Institute president David Rock has proposed that Hyett, partner in Hyett Salisbury Whiteley, be co-opted on to council. He would succeed George Henderson as education chief. See page 19
