in brief: Millionaire's row

news

Carden & Godfrey is to sue for unpaid fees of up to £100,000 after their millionaire client refused to pay them. Financier Christopher Moran is preparing a counter-claim in respect of designs to a £4 million mock-Tudor palace in London's Chelsea. Some of the work, he said, was not in line with the plans. This includes the gradient of the terrace of the riverside, and designs for a section of roof and car ramp. The architect disputes the counter-claims.
