  • Comment

Brighton-based architects Lomax Cassidy & Edwards Archimed has received planning consent for a new £1.5 million lecture theatre and common room at Homerton Hospital, in Hackney, north-east London. The lecture theatre will be used to train staff involved in the provision of community-based medical services.

The post-graduate education centre at the hospital has been funded by charitable donations. The new development is intended to reinforce the hospital's teaching credentials.
