Derek Lovejoy Partnership has won its sixth contract to design an English Garden theme park in Japan. 'Rosewood Manor' will turn a 14ha clearing in mountain foothills into a park with 1300m2 two- storey 'English country-house', English gardens, English village with 'olde worlde' shops, cottages, a pub and a church which can be booked for weddings. The project should start on site in 2000 and take 10 years to complete.
