As school specialists we were pleased to see your write up of the RIBA Sustainable School Competition (AJ 19.4.01). However, we were very frustrated by the tiny incomplete illustrations of the winning schemes. At a time when the government is making money available to expand and upgrade school building stock, this competition deserves to be more fully written up and commented on. There are important lessons even from the 'gimmick and cliche' entrants.
