Hudson Featherstone

  • Comment

Hudson Featherstone has designed a pair of houses on the edge of Delhi in India for two brothers and their extended families. The main houses will be built of timber, brick and stone, while an adjacent guest house will be more lightweight, a tented structure in double insulated canvas. There will also be a health club, swimming pool and staff quarters. The scheme uses passive ventilation, and the featureless landscape will be sculpted into undulating knolls, orchards, underground retreats and cooling pools with waterfalls.
