The university wishes to appoint an architect to lead a design team and provide architectural design services associated with the Holyrood Residential Development as outlined below:- * Demolition of existing residential buildings within the designated site
• Enabling works to ensure continued operation of I.T. and other services linked with the adjacent Elms Village site
• New student residential accommodation amounting to approximately 269 bedrooms within individual one-to-three bedroom apartments
• Ancillary staff and site storage accommodation.
• Associated internal roadways, parking and landscaping. Estimated value excluding VAT: £12.5 million.
