[FIRST LOOK + PROJECT DATA] These are the first images of Associated Architects’ new £5.2 million health design facility for Coventry University
The practice has described the scheme as ‘the first of its kind in the country to provide an environment for the design, development and launch of products in community-based therapy’.
Designed around a central breakout space, the institute houses design studios, laboratories, workshops and test areas where ‘researchers and clients can explore and evaluate new ideas’.
Featuring a zinc spine linking to two wings, the building has exposed concrete soffits.
