Microsoft headquarters at Thames Valley Park near Reading has pushed the use of glass to its limits. Liverpoolbased HansenGlass supplied Colt International with ThermoSpan structural glazing to furnish both the interior and exterior of the three fourstorey buildings. Double skin ThermoSpan was used to construct each of the entrance facades, supported by a combination of steel trusses and FortPlus toughened glass fins. Glazed entrance lobbies, canopies and main entrance facades also incorporate HansenGlass products.
