Steel-framed glazed screens, manufactured and installed by FendorHansen, have been employed at a university's new swimming pool. The HansenGroup member company undertook the work on the Highfield Sports Complex, attached to the University of Southampton, on behalf of the main contractor, Dean & Dyball Construction. The architect was Rick Mather Architects. In addition to fire-resistant internal screens, the package involved a 45m-long, 4.6m-high curtain wall. For a new FendorHansen technical guide to fire and security glazing systems telephone 0191 438 3222 or email sales@fendorhansen. co. uk
