CHARACTERISTICS Double-glazed unit size 2.6 x 3.7m.U value: 2.6 W/m 2K. Transmission values as follows: Light in: 70 per cent; Solar energy in: 60 per cent

SPECIAL PROPERTIES The design challenge lay in the logistics of getting the glass units to site for installation. The existing building is surrounded on four sides by other buildings, some of which are as close as 2-3m
