The House of Lords has sided with campaigners from the DLR Monitoring Group against developer Centros Miller over an entrance to Cutty Sark Station in Greenwich. They went to the Lords to stop a Victorian building being flattened for a new entrance for the £25 million mkr Partnership scheme with shops and 200 student flats above the station. The group claimed it was the first ever community group to take a petition to the most senior law lords in the land and win.
