The RSA's 'Art for Architecture' scheme has awarded £25,000 to artists, to work on four architectural projects: £8,550 to Locky Morris to work with Michael Hegarty Architects on a series of public spaces in the Bogside area of Derry; £7,500 to Muf to collaborate with Tony Fretton Architects on landscaping for the Camden Arts Centre; £6,000 to a yet-to-bedecided artist to work on a contemporary maze for Kielder Castle in Northumberland; and Vong Phaophanit has won £3,200 to work with Shepheard Epstein Hunter on the proposed Wilberforce Centre in Hull (AJ 19.7.01).

This wind monitor was fixed to the roof of RIBA's HQ last week at the request of Westminster council's planners. It follows an acoustic survey as a prelude to the installation of two wind turbines and will be in place until November.
