Frank Gehry is involved in a new town design on Duchy of Cornwall fields 8km outside Bath. The project is the brainchild of Karl Jaeger, director of the International School of America, and has 3500 flats and a piazza. But Bath and North East Somerset council said that it would be hard to justify building on the greenbelt and it did not fit in with its structure plan.
