Frank Gehry has now submitted the final design for his controversial £290 million mixed-use King Alfred development in Hove. The scheme, which has been dubbed Tin Can Alley, will sit on a derelict 1.7ha site and will create 754 homes.

The project features two 21- and 25-storey towers and a £6 million sports centre.
