[FIRST LOOK + PROJECT DATA] Chris Dyson Architects has been granted planning permission for a contemporary house and annex at Gasworks Cottage in Gloucestershire

The ‘writer’s retreat’ scheme, for British novelist Jeanette Winterson, restores the former gasworks buildings that once served a nearby estate.

The £200,000 single-story steel building encircles a landscaped courtyard.
