The three goals of the Cambridge Challenge are the delivery of well managed and balanced communities, well designed, high quality homes and the most cost effective use of the public purse. The three sites chosen for the Cambridge Challenge are Northstowe (a new town), North West Cambridge (NIAB) and the Southern Fringe of Cambridge comprising four sites. Each site will include a significant proportion of affordable housing.
The Contracting Authority would like to invite consultants to register their interest in the consultants framework agreement for this project. The Contracting Authority is procuring the framework agreement on behalf of the other partnerships which make up Cambridgeshire Partnerships; Aldwyck HA, The Papworth Trust, King Street HS and Hundred Houses Society and each of these parties will be able to appoint consultants from the framework.
There is no guarantee that parties appointed on the framework will receive any work and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to appoint other parties who are not on the framework.
