A business case for Green Infrastructure

This CIRIA Network event will present the latest research and evidence related to valuing and making the case for green infrastructure, together with providing examples of how these valuations can enable improved design for the built environment.
Living designs: Moss: from biophotovoltaics to alternative green walls
When: 30 January, 3.00pm
Where: Bidwells, Bidwell House, Trumpington Road, Cambridge, CB2 9LD.
This half day event will approach the integration of biology in the built environment. The event will highlight projects where moss has been used as a biophotovoltaic medium, and also as an aesthetic component.

Environmental sustainability has long been a key driver in the built environment. Social Sustainability too often gets left off the agenda. The evening seminar will look at how this can be addressed.
