Emerging practice Feilden Fowles has won planning permission for a £600,000 L-shaped home in Llantwit Major, South Wales

The two-storey house for a paraplegic client features four bedrooms and a courtyard.

Designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 6, the structure occupiesa conservation area site and won support from the Design Commission for Wales.
