TFP Farrells has taken the wraps off this 38-storey banking headquarters in Phnom Penh – Cambodia’s first skyscraper

The 183.8 metre Vattanac Capital Tower features offices, trading floors, retail and luxury serviced apartments.

The Monyvong Boulevard landmark is the first Grade A office building in Cambodia and the country’s tallest tower. It will become the new headquarters for Vattanac Bank.

It is located in the capital city’s emerging business and financial district on a key North-South route and East-West route.

The curving design was inspired a dragon’s back which symbolizes good luck and wealthlocally.

Offices, trading floors, apartments, a sky gardents, restaurant and ‘cantilevered entertainment pod’ all feature in the tower.

A podium structure meanwhile contains a three-storey retail complex.
