33 employed architects, 27% female architects, =71st position in 2014
That Rolfe Judd remains joint 71st in the table does not reflect its growth last year, with a substantial increase in commissions. The practice is involved in large-scale urban regeneration, residential, leisure, commercial, retail, education and healthcare. Its key geographical markets of London, the South East and Poland saw relatively robust investment last year and this has translated into a number of projects in the offices, residential and mixed-use sectors at detailed design stage, with some site starts. The firm is confident of further opportunities in Poland, recently submitting proposals for developments in Warsaw and Krakow. Last year Rolfe Judd handed over 5 Cheapside, a major office refurb above St Paul’s Underground Station in London.
