Calling all experts on call centres
I am a fourth-year architecture student at the University of Edinburgh. As part of my degree I am required to write a report on a particular area that interested me during my practical experience. I have decided to discuss the latest boom in the requirement of call centres. My study will involve all areas of the topic, ie the architects' view of designing a centre, the requirements of the client and the reactions of the employee and the customers. I would be very grateful for any information or help from aj readers in research on this topic.
