Former riba president Frank Duffy is set to move to the United States to take up consultancy with his practice degw. Duffy told the aj this week that the move is not yet fixed but will probably go ahead next year and he will most likely be based in the outfit's New York City office. But he added that he expects to be able to keep up his duties on the arb board. The company has staff in the us, scattered around offices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. 'degw has always been an international firm,' said Duffy.
