There was a big turnout for Danny Libeskind's Royal Academy lecture on Saturday night, despite the England/Germany rival attraction.

The star was on top form, rattling at nineteen to the dozen through seven buildings and projects, and kind enough not to attack the bizarre criteria which meant the Lottery rejected an application to fund the V&A Spiral because the project was 'not distinctive enough'. Tell it to the marines.
