Designs for a 2,500m 2office development in London's Covent Garden, by new practice McIntyre & Tudor, have been put before planners at Camden council. The building, at 25 Shelton Street, will replace a derelict warehouse that was severely damaged by fire.

An 'intelligent' glass facade will provide solar heating during the winter and generate energy which will drive an air-extraction system.

Structural engineering is by Anthony Hunt Associates.
