Corrugated coincidence is all charm, no harm

  • Comment

The child's playhouse featured in the AJ Small Projects pages (AJ 20.1.05) was utterly charming - notwithstanding the subsequent fuss and bother about its corrugated roof, sensibly defended by Paul Kelland (AJ 3.2.05).

The equally charming nursery by Alsop and Partners, represented in glorious Technicolor in the same issue, boasts what looks remarkably like a corrugated roof, with further corrugated features and finishes. Is this a coincidence, or do I feel some playfully corrugated theming in the air?
