Composite swells to repair cracks

  • Comment
Paints, sealants and finishes RIW

RIW has developed Structureseal, a waterproofing composite of highstrength coloured geotextile and sodium bentonite. Designed for use below ground on vertical and horizontal structural foundation surfaces, typical applications can include back-filled concrete walls, structural slabs and boundary-line construction. The swelling action of Structureseal can self-seal small concrete cracks caused by ground settlement and concrete shrinkage, forming a strong mechanical bond.

Complementary products include RIW's Waterstop, Sealing Compound, Washers and Staple Gun.
