Open competition for the design of three swivelling wind shelters on Blackpool seafront.

The new shelters will sit among a series of artworks along the South Shore seafront, and the competition seeks exciting and innovative design solutions.

The Camden & Islington Health Authority has been selected as one of six areas nationally to pilot the use of a new mechanism for funding and managing the redevelopment of primary care.
