London’s Alexandra Palace, University of Liverpool and Heriot-Watt’s services framework. The editor’s pick of this week’s top competitions

London’s iconic Grade II-listed Alexandra Palace is seeking an architect to deliver the first two phases of its Terry Farrell and Partners-masterplanned regeneration (pictured). Bids should include conservation services. The project is expected to start on site in December and complete in early 2017 [Requests to participate due 15 July]

The University of Liverpool is on the hunt for an architect for the £58 million redevelopment of its Greenbank site. The project focuses on a Grade II*-listed building in a conservation area and includes new build and demolition works. The project, providing residential, commercial and sporting facilities, will be phased to allow continuous occupation of the site [Responses to be received by 8 July]

Edinburgh’s Heriot-Watt University has tendered a four-year contract open to architects and multidisciplinary firms covering capital projects and maintenance works. The £6 million framework is expected to cover schemes below £1 million. [PQQs should be uploaded before 12 July]
