The London Borough of Enfield is on the hunt for an architect for its £1.5 billion Meridian Water Housing Zone scheme. The council is seeking a firm with a ‘leading reputation’ to take forward the enormous 85 hectare brownfield regeneration (pictured) next to Banbury Reservoir in the Lea Valley [Deadline for requests to participate 23 March]

Forth Valley College is seeking an architect for a new £70 million campus in Falkirk. Planned to complete in 2018, the New Falkirk Headquarters Campus – hosting 2,000 full-time students and 300 staff – will replace the existing Forth Valley College Middlefield Campus which was constructed in 1963 [Deadline for requests to participate 13 March]

Children’s charity Lister Steps is on the lookout for an architect to transform a disused Grade II-listed library into a new Carnegie Community Hub in Tuebrook, Liverpool. Planned to complete in 2017, the £2 million project will restore the decaying structure which closed to the public in 2006 [Deadline for requests to participate 12 March]
